I was messin' around with an Extra Fine Sharpie. I've been so inspired by the wonderful character sketches I've seen on so many talented artist's blogs. I love this blogging thing and it is SO cool to feel like I'm connecting to artists from all over the world.

Dave, The guys are great! I love the pen line quality, it feels a little harder than the soft penciled look. But the best part is definitely those expressions and interesting shapes! Good Job!
always been a big fan of yours Dave, so the link is highly appreciated!
Great sketches. I agree, this blogging thing is awesome!
your sketches are wonderful. I love those extra fine sharpies too. I use all colors of them in my paintings. I found your blog by chance reading a comment you left on another. You asked about keeping acrylics from drying out. I can keep mine wet indefinitely by using one of those flat plastic boxes with the sponge. You can get them at michaels or any other craft or art supply store. The one I use is called Masterson's Sta-Wet Painter's Pal
Yeah,I love the line and the expression too, nice sketches, Dave. And this newfangled blogging thing...
Dave just wanted 2 say thanks again and i hope I didn't come off to pushy take care bro!!!
